We aim to achieve a world-leading working life where Fair Work drives success, wellbeing and prosperity for individuals, businesses, organisations and society.

Fair and Equal Pay – Associates are paid the same daily rate for the management, development, and delivery of programmes.

We are not a company that has the capacity for apprentices but are always happy to assist younger people in their development.

After many workshops we have been approached for (free) advice and assistance  and is happy to continue discussions with young, aspiring  companies providing insights and signposting to ensure that they are better informed of the challenges of internationalisation. Some of these companies continue their journey until they are in a position to make well-informed decisions.

Equality We work with and are happy to continue to work with companies and people of all generations, genders, age, race, religion, and disabilities. We have never refused to work with any company allocated to us for advice or assistance on any of these grounds.

Support for learning – As we are consultants, we work to client’s hours and specifications, we share contracts equally amongst the teams therefore avoiding exploitation and unfair working hours / contracts. We have no zero hours contracts. All associates are aware of their commitment to each contract and are paid accordingly. As consultants we are required to be up to date with changing business methods and are required to give up to date current advice or be in a position to signpost participants to find appropriate assistance or answers.

Flexible working – All the associates within Transform Consulting work for themselves therefore all work flexible hours to suit their home life and work life balances. Each associate decides the volume of work they would like to undertake at all times, therefore if time off is appropriate or career breaks are required it is at the behest of the associate to organise this themselves to suit their and their family needs
